Week one reading!

Charlie Bone and the Invisible Boy
Pages 1 - 55

This book really sound like it could be interesting so far judging from these first pages of the book. I am a really picky person when it comes to reading. I have to be into the book or else I will not read it. The book starts out with Benjamin Brown looking out his window from his house and seeing Charlie Bone's three aunts. Their names are Lucretia, Eustacia, and Venetia. His aunts are not the friendliest people and are evil. The aunts go in the house for a little while then they go back to the car and drive off. Benjamin and his family are going on a trip to Hong Kong. They have a dog and they need Charlie to watch it while they are gone. Benjamin takes the dog over to Charlies house and leaves even though he said no. His Grandma that lives with him hates dogs and will kill it if she sees it so he has to hide it from her for two months. His Grandma brings over a little girl Charlies age and he is very attracted to her except he notices that she is kinda strange. Her eyes will change color and she seems to act like and adult. Belle is the girls name and she asks Charlie if he would show her around the school and have him help her out. Charlie and his friends at school find a letter on their teachers desk. It is from his dad and is talking about the loss of his brother. The teacher walks in and they said they read it and one of the girls Olivia starts telling him about a presence in the attic. And that is as far as I have got so far.
